Task
This project focused on designing a trust-first hiring platform where customers can safely find, verify, hire, and pay service providers. The platform needed to feel professional, secure, and easy to use for both customers and providers. The goal was to create a clickable MVP prototype that clearly explained the user journey, reduced confusion, and helped the client validate the product idea before development.
